Jim Perry '85 is a Managing Director and Co-Head of the MDP Telecom, Media & Technology Services team. Prior to co-founding MDP, he was with First Chicago Venture Capital for eight years. Previously, he was with The First National Bank of Chicago.



Jim currently serves on the Boards of Directors of Asurion Corporation, Centennial Towers, Intermedia.net, Inc., Liquid Web, The Topps Company, Univision Communications, Chicago Public Media and NexGen Capital Partners. In addition, he is on the Board of Overseers of the University of Pennsylvania School of Arts and Sciences, serves on the Finance Council of the Archdiocese of Chicago and is the Chairman of the Board of Empower Illinois.
