Pam Schilling,'00 is the Managing Director, Career Strategist and Advisor of the global human capital advisory firm Arch Career Partners. Her 25-year career includes strategy consulting and financial management roles with firms such as Booz & Company, Diamond Management & Technology Consultants (now part of PWC), Huron Consulting Group, NAVTEQ, and Sprint. Pam has deep experience in the consulting industry from inside and out – She recruited as a consultant and hiring manager, and has worked with hundreds of MBA students and alumni, and other diverse professionals from across the globe as a career/executive coach in her private coaching and formerly with the Career Services team at Chicago Booth. Pam educates and works side-by-side with clients, leveraging a deep understanding of the inner-workings of MBA-level careers and hiring, as well as the challenges of career and job change.
