GRADUATE WOMEN IN BUSINESS

CHICAGO BOOTH | EVENING & WEEKEND MBA PROGRAM

OUR MISSION

Graduate Women in Business (GWB) is a nonprofit student organization for the Chicago Booth Evening & Weekend Program. We strive to create a diverse,  inclusive, and welcoming community across all Booth cohorts.

Our organization is open to all students and provides an opportunity to meet and build relationships with other students and alumni. We focus on empowering women for long-term career success by supporting the development of professional, social, and personal skills. GWB acts as a support network for students during their MBA journey and beyond.

KEY INITIATIVES

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

We aim to serve our members through professional development events that span a variety of functions and industries. These events can include panel discussions, guest speakers, and workshops.

SOCIAL NETWORKING

Networking and building connections is a high priority for GWB. We offer many opportunities every quarter to meet one another, including coffee chats, happy hours, and annual celebrations such as International Women's Day.

INCLUSIVE COMMITTEE

The Inclusive Committee aims to raise greater awareness of diversity and equity across the Booth student body. This committee is open to all and works to educate our aspiring leaders on how to support women in a professional environment.
