Hello Veg club members,
We hope you all are staying warm this Winter and are looking forward to the Thanksgiving break. It is hard to believe that we are so close to the end of an amazing quarter, but we do have a few more events lined up for you this quarter to make the most out of the last few weeks. We are excited to see you at these events, so please make sure to sign up!

Restaurant Spotlight:
If you are looking for a casual, neighborhood spot for veg and non-veg friends alike, be sure to check out Chiya Chai in Logan Square! Chiya Chai serves both meat and tons of vegan options that are clearly labeled on this creative Nepalese and Indian menu. They serve items such as veggie curries, dumplings, and pot pies, and of course an extensive variety of chai teas. This cozy atmosphere is perfect for a warm, affordable meal!

Recipe of the Week:
Oh My Veggies’ blog features an extensive list of classic items made vegan or vegetarian, and this vegan spinach artichoke dip is no exception! Cashews and tofu provide an incredible creamy texture, and make it a perfect appetizer to serve with chips, crackers, or veggies.
