Greetings veggie enthusiasts and those yet to see the light,

Hello everyone!

Welcome first years and welcome back second years - we hope your year is off to a good start!

We know that the first month of school can be tiring, but fear no more! The Veg Club is excited to introduce ourselves, and we look forward to introducing you to both solid and liquid diets* that compensates for the excess caffeine you've imbibed from those umpteen coffee chats (*not to be confused with the TNDC liquid diet that sometimes provides the illusion of compensation)

Veg Club Overview

The Veg club is a recent establishment at Booth with a focus on vegan/vegetarian and veggie forward food. Folks with any dietary preference are more than welcome though.

1 year membership costs $XX, and gives you access to the following events that we will be hosting this academic year:

1) Restaurant visits: Roaming through the uncharted territories of Chicago to discover hidden gems (and hog at mainstream restaurants too)
2) Smoothie sessions - these were combined with the Yoga club last year, to give Boothies the impression that they treated their bodies like temples
3) Potlucks - aka delegation aka crowdsourcing
4) Cooking classes - paying it forward never stops

Your Co-Chairs,
Nishtha, Pankaj, Pavlina, Raina, Sid

First event this Sunday (10/21)!

We will be hosting an Open house/social this Sunday (10/21) evening.
We'll put more details up on Booth groups over the next day or two, but this will be an informal gathering open to all students.
will be put up on Booth groups in the next few days.
We'll have some snacks and beverages, but more is always appreciated (especially because we're mediocre cooks)
