Behavioral Science at the Workplace: Consulting w/ BCG's Julia Dhar

Join Booth BS and Julia Dhar for a lunch and learn session on applications of behavioral science in consulting!

Julia Dhar (Managing Director and Partner at Boston Consulting Group)- Julia is the cofounder and leader of BeSmart, BCG's behavioral economics and insights initiative. In this role, she brings her passion and experience designing complex system transformation through nuanced behavioral change to clients in the public and private sectors.

Lunch will be served during the presentation for in-person attendees. There will be a no-show fee of $10 for any in-person registrants who cancel less than 48 hours before or do not show.

This convening is open to all invitees who are compliant with UChicago vaccination requirements and, because of ongoing health risks, particularly to the unvaccinated, participants are expected to adopt the risk mitigation measures (masking and social distancing, etc.) appropriate to their vaccination status as advised by public health officials or to their individual vulnerabilities as advised by a medical professional. Public convening may not be safe for all and carries a risk for contracting COVID-19, particularly for those unvaccinated. Participants will not know the vaccination status of others and should follow appropriate risk mitigation measures.
