Join us for a fireside conversation with Matt Lucas as we discuss various ways to elevate our mental health while navigating different personal and professional huddles.
Matt Lucas is the President and CEO of Our Daily Bread Ministries (ODBM), a large Christian non-profit focused on reaching people with the gospel through devotionals, films, podcasts, books, and more. Prior to ODBM, Matt worked in higher ed in various positions including Chancellor, Provost, and Dean. Matt will share his mental health journey and faith's role in his journey. Matt Lucas' journey with mental health is a powerful and personal story that can help us to thrive emotionally, professionally, and personally.
About Navigating the Grey
Navigating the Grey is an annual, student-led ethics conference at Booth, born out of the Great Recession by members of the Christians in Business student club in recognition of our responsibilities as future leaders. Each year, we invite prominent representatives of the private and social sectors so that they can share valuable lessons learned with us.
The theme this year is "Flourish," where we discuss how faith enables people to flourish in all aspect of their lives, including professionally, emotionally, spiritually, and relationally.
