Magnolia Insights

Tania Haigh is founder and chief executive officer of Magnolia Insights, a marketing services company that specializes in women and moms. Magnolia also produces events and workshops to advance womankind. A 17-year marketing industry veteran, Haigh aims to better position brands by addressing the lag in effective marketing to the highly influential women and moms market.

Building up to the launch of Magnolia Insights in October 2014, Haigh led marketing to women while at McDonaldÔÇÖs USA in Oak Brook, Ill. Over a 10-year span at McDonaldÔÇÖs USA, Haigh established her specialty in food & family marketing and served as a brand manager for the Happy Meal.

HaighÔÇÖs McDonaldÔÇÖs experience included leading cause marketing efforts, building food quality campaigns for the brand, extending marketing messages to influencers and stakeholders, cross cultural application and taking products to market through integrated marketing campaigns.

Prior to joining McDonaldÔÇÖs USA, Haigh spent five years establishing her marketing career in Chicago at other marketing firms including FCB (formerly DRAFT) and Havi Global Solutions.

Haigh has been recognized for her thought leadership in the marketing and advertising community through her involvement with industry organizations, including the Association of National Advertisers and Brand Innovators. In addition, Haigh is considered a womenÔÇÖs empowerment leader as demonstrated by her involvement as a TEDxWomen organizer and curator. She is also active in the women space as a presenter and panelist at conferences that include: Event Marketer Summit, Marketing to Women, Marketing to Moms, Naperville Lean In Circle, Women in Wireless Chicago and Mujeres de Hace. She has been featured in Advertising Age, Chicago Tribune, Chicago Sun-Times, Chief Marketer Magazine and the Wall Street Journal. She is also a contributor to Chicago Woman magazine, Chief Marketer and Franchising USA magazine.

Haigh is a first-generation American with Honduran and Italian heritage. Her first language is
Spanish, but she also speaks Italian and FrenchÔÇöa testament to her love of languages. Haigh earned a bachelorÔÇÖs degree in marketing from Texas Christian University.

Haigh has a passion for travel and spending quality time with friends and family. She resides in Oak Park, Ill., with husband David and daughter Vivian.
