Join us for a deep dive into the world of wine with Jim Bube, one of just 279 Master Sommeliers worldwide since 1969 and National Wine Director of Hogsalt Hospitality (home of Armitage Alehouse, Au Cheval, Bavette’s, and more).
Jim will be joined by Martin Beally, Master Sommelier and Director of Wine Education at Cooper’s Hawk – the world’s largest wine club with 800,000 members – and Kat Hawkins, Wine Director at the St. Regis Chicago, curating the exceptional wine lists at Miru and Tre Dita.
Together, they’ll guide us through a selection of wines using the Sommelier Deductive Tasting Method and share insights on shaping top-tier wine programs and decoding shifting consumer trends in the ever-evolving world of wine.
