Jim will be joined by Martin Beally, Master Sommelier and Director of Wine Education at Cooper’s Hawk – the world’s largest wine club with 800,000 members – and Kat Hawkins, Wine Director at the St. Regis Chicago, curating the exceptional wine lists at Miru and Tre Dita.
Together, they’ll guide us through a selection of wines using the Sommelier Deductive Tasting Method and share insights on shaping top-tier wine programs and decoding shifting consumer trends in the ever-evolving world of wine.
