About Us

The Wine Club serves as a fun open environment where members can foster a sense of community for Chicago Booth students and their significant others. We seek to educate our members on wine, beer, and spirits from a variety of perspectives. Members are exposed to the history and business of beverage industries, etiquette, nuanced differences of beverages across the world, as well as culinary and other social events held in a myriad of settings. Gaining a better understanding of viticulture from both fellow classmates and industry experts alike, Wine Club supports members' exploration of such a vibrant industry and their accumulation of knowledge to serve them for years to come. From novices to full-fledged aficionados, Wine Club provides ample opportunity for everyone to enjoy, share their own knowledge, and learn more about many different types of libations. With roughly 8-10 events per quarter running throughout Autumn, Winter and Spring Quarters, Wine Club facilitates a diverse set of event programming for members to engage with one another and develop their palates to form a multifaceted appreciation for these fine drinks.
