Habitat for Humanity Build Day

Join us for a volunteer day to help build homes for Chicagoans in need! Please only sign up if you can commit to volunteering for the full day (7:45 am - 3 pm).

Important: Register (1) here on Booth Groups, and (2) through your build site's corresponding Habitat for Humanity registration link(will be shared once the build site is confirmed).

We'll be helping build a house on the South side of Chicago. If you are driving, please let me know to help coordinate carpooling. Please wear closed-toed shoes (boots or tennis shoes), dress for the weather, avoid loose clothing or jewelry, and bring enough water for the day.

The registration deadline for your build day is 1/10/2024. Any change requests made after this deadline must be made directly to the Habitat Chicago Volunteer Coordinator. Volunteers who do not register in advance cannot participate on the building site day of, and any additional unregistered guests who arrive on site day of will be turned away for safety and liability reasons. Face masks are not required when working outdoors and recommended when working indoors.
