MESG NYC Trek

Join Booth's Media, Entertainment, and Sports Group for an industry trek to NYC! Programming and scheduling is still tentative, but attendees are expected to travel to NYC by Wednesday, April 8 and expected to leave on Friday, April 10 to make all programming and office visits on Friday, April 10. All attendees will be required to attend a pre-trek meeting ahead of the trip.

Attendees will be responsible for all costs related to travel, including airfare, lodging, public transportation, rideshare, and meals.*

Partial refunds will be provided upon completion of the trek based on your registration tier - please read the terms related to your registration carefully.

Who are we meeting?
- Booth alumni are hosting us at each studio/company and bringing in their colleagues with MBAs of various divisions (content strategy, distribution, greenlighting, corp dev, marketing etc.)
- Professionals range between SVP/Global Leads to Manager roles/experiences

Who can attend this trek?
- Open to ALL full-time Booth MBAs, $35-$45 discount for MESG members

When do we need to be there?
- Expect to fly into NYC on Wednesday, Apr 8 & check-in to the hotel
- Booth programming runs all day Thursday, Apr 9 and the morning of Friday, Apr 10
- Check-out of the hotel morning of Friday, Apr 10
