Evening with Wingspan Legacy Partners

Wingspan Legacy Partners advises families and family enterprises on long-term value creation, helping them navigate succession, governance, ownership alignment, and leadership across generations. This session, led by Maryann Bell, Partner & Head of Advisory at Wingspan, will be an interactive, case-based discussion grounded in real family enterprise scenarios.
Using a set of short vignettes, the conversation will explore how different families approach succession—not just as a leadership handoff, but as a broader set of choices involving ownership, governance, and purpose. Students will be invited to engage actively, surface tradeoffs, and reflect on how these dynamics show up in real businesses over time.
