Join Becca Faria for a 45-minute Power of Three Class. We will start with 1 minute of a lower body strength exercise, 1 minute of an upper body strength exercise, and a 40 second cardio burst. This will be repeated 3 times before moving onto the next set. Get ready to drip sweat!
