This session will equip you with essential lifesaving skills, including how to respond to medical emergencies, perform CPR, and administer basic first aid. Whether you're refreshing your knowledge or learning for the first time, this is a valuable opportunity to build confidence in emergency response.

Lunch will be served during this event.
