Join us for an insightful Executive Luncheon featuring Nitin Chexal, Chief Executive Officer of Palladius Capital Management.

Mr. Chexal is the CEO of Palladius Capital Management, where he oversees the firm’s strategic direction and leads a team of investment and asset management professionals. Palladius focuses on real estate equity and debt investments across the U.S., with a portfolio spanning multifamily, student housing, and hospitality sectors. Since its launch in July 2021, Palladius and its affiliates have managed approximately $950 million in assets and operate a privately held REIT, the Palladius Income Fund.

Prior to founding Palladius, Mr. Chexal was a Partner and Managing Director at Nimes Real Estate, where he directed acquisitions and oversaw the management of several thousand multifamily and student housing units. His earlier experience includes working in real estate investing at Marathon Asset Management and as VP of Corporate Business Development at Counsyl, a Silicon Valley healthcare startup acquired by NASDAQ-listed Myriad Genetics. Mr. Chexal began his career in JP Morgan’s real estate investment banking group.

Over his career, Mr. Chexal has invested in, managed, and exited over $4 billion of commercial real estate assets. He holds a BS in Neuroscience from UCLA and a JD/MBA from the University of Chicago.
