BOLD 2025 National Parks Trek to Utah: Deposit Payment (INVITE ONLY)

Congratulations for being selected for the 2025 Thanksgiving Parks Trek to Utah!! 🏜️ We’re excited to have you on this trek.

Your next steps are to ensure that you 1) are a BOLD member and 2) pay a non-refundable deposit of $100 to confirm your spot. This deposit will go towards your trip cost. Deposits will be non-refundable, but they are transferable. See additional information below in.

Deposit Timeline:

• If you were notified during the spring quarter lottery, please make your desposit by EOD June 6th, 2025.
• If you were notified from the waitlist, please make your deposit by EOD Sunday June 22nd, 2025.

Waitlist Management: We have an extensive waitlist with folks eager to join this trek. In the event that you are no longer interested in joining/can no longer attend, please let us know ASAP so we can move people off of the waitlist.

• If you notify us after the deposit is due:
  • We will promote others off of the waitlist.
  • If we cannot find a replacement from the waitlist, you are responsible for finding a replacement. Otherwise, you will forfeit your non-refundable deposit.
