This practice-intensive workshop is designed to actively strengthen your public speaking and executive presence skills. You’ll receive targeted feedback and guided practice in a supportive, low-stakes environment designed to help you experiment, build confidence, and sharpen your communication style.


1. Receive individualized feedback to help diagnose your speaking style and identify the presence skills that will make the biggest difference
2. Design a personalized improvement plan focused on the specific communication skills you want to strengthen
3. Practice through structured exercises, from low-stakes partner conversations to higher-stakes group speaking scenarios that simulate real pressure
4. Learn targeted techniques to improve those skills and continue developing your presence long after the workshop
