Hello XP'ers

Here are the key events and news to be aware of in the coming weeks.  Event invitations where applicable are forthcoming. For other program office events please refer to Booth App.  


Upcoming Events

XP 89/90 Dinner (Nov 7th) - Join XP 89/90 students as they break bread. Please contact Jennifer Barbieri in XP-89 or Farukh Awais in XP-90 if you are interested to participate.  

GNVC Pitching/Networking (Fri, Nov 8th) - This is an opportunity for Phase II teams to pitch their concepts and for students interested in GNVC to network during lunch.

XP-89/90 Diwali Celebration (Fri, Nov 8th) - The Festival of Lights will be hosted on the 6th floor of Gleacher.  Appetizers will be served at 7PM with dinner at 7:30PM. There will be an open bar from 7-9PM.  Please RSVP here.

XP-89 Graduation Info Session (Fri, Nov 9th) - The Program Office will host an informational session on graduation during lunch time. Please make sure to attend. 

XCOM's Visit to Microsoft Chicago (Thurs, Nov 21st) - XP-89er Talon Morris will be graciously hosting classmates at Microsoft's Offices. There will be an office tour, a demo showcase along with Managerial Productivity Tools, and hands on interaction with Microsoft's technology. Please note that priority will be given to XP-89 students first. XP-90 students will be added to the waitlist. Register here 

Startup MBA Recruiting and Startup Networking Night (Thurs, Nov 21st) - Join career services for a fireside chat on recruiting at startups and to network with startup team members. Registration is required and can be done via GTS.

XP-89 White Elephant (Fri, Nov 22nd) - It’s back and it will be better than ever.  Event invitation forthcoming

XP-89/90 Formal/Key Ceremony (Sat, Dec 7th) - Join us at the beautiful Art Institute for formal and the handoff to XP-90 SAAC. Register here.


Other News, Key Information

XP-89/90 Business Clothing Drive - We are working with Dress for Success and Goodwill. We will collect gently used business clothes during the November 22nd class weekends. 

XP-89 SAAC Video - SAAC is putting together a brief video to capture our time in the program. Varun Kaushal will be sending out a survey so please respond to it.
