For those seeking careers in sports or sports media, TPG's Pro Scout School conference in Las Vegas offers first-hand insight into the world of professional basketball. Sessions include the GM experience (a conversation with two NBA general managers), the president/CEO experience (discussions with individuals running the business side of NBA teams), the media & broadcasting experience, and the sales & marketing experience.
