  • Luiz Muniz, '90, is a managing director and global partner and leads up Rothschild in Brazil and Latin America. Muniz has over 25 years of experience in M&A, capital raisings, strategic advising, and privatizations. Prior to joining Rothschild in 2003, he worked at CSFB Garantia in S├úo Paulo for eight years and at Salomon Brothers in New York for four years. Muniz has an MBA with honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where he also serves on its Global Advisory Board, and a BS in civil engineering from PUC-RJ.

  • Esteban Piedrahita graduated from Administrative Engineering from the Escuela de Ingeniería de Antioquia, held a Global MBA with emphasis in International Business at Thunderbird School of Global Management / Tecnológico de Monterrey. Worked at Procter & Gamble, where he served as manufacturing cost analyst, and later as Plant Finance Manager. Later joined Compania Colombiana de Inversiones S.A. E.S.P.(now Celsia S.A. E.S.P.) as Project Manager and later as Manager of Financial Planning. Currently, Esteban Piedrahita is Financial Vice-President at Celsia S.A. E.S.P.

RICARDO HANEINE, '84

Partner at A.T. Kearney and Managing Director of Hispano-American Region

  • Partner at A.T. Kearney and managing director of its hispano-american region. His career has focused in consulting in the private and public sector in Mexico, Latin America and the United States.
  • Graduated in Economics and Accounting from ITAM and earned an MBA from the University of Chicago. Member of the advisory council - ITAM Business School and of the Global Advisory Board - Booth School of Business. Received the Professional Merit Award from ITAM in 2011.

JASON R. BLUMBERG

CEO & Managing Director, Energy Foundry

  • Jason is CEO & Managing Director of Energy Foundry, an energy and cleantech impact venture capital fund, where he sets the firm's vision, leads its investment activities, and advises its entrepreneurs. He is Executive Director of ISEIF, a non-profit that teaches consumers about the Smart-Grid. Jason is an Adjunct Assistant Professor and received his MBA degree at the University of Chicago Booth.
