Spring into Movement w/ BOLD

BOLD is hosting a ‘Spring into Movement’ event at Gleacher at 11am on April 27th, and we would love to see you there. We wanted to put this together in part because of our excitement that the weather is turning and increased activity is BACK after a brutal winter. You do not need to be a BOLD member to attend. Who: Erica Merrill, an amazing yoga instructor, will be leading an amazing 1-hour vinyasa flow What: Multi-Level Yoga; you do not need any prior yoga experience to attend. First timers are fully welcome When: 11am on April 27th Why: to celebrate spring time and practice some yoga How: Booth Groups! Unsolicited Commentary: I have been practicing with Erica for almost 4 years now. She is hands down my favorite instructor I have ever practiced with. She teaches vinyasa for all levels. Prior to business school, I lived in a specific area of Lincoln Park directly because of the proximity to where she teaches. I also travel an hour each way nearly every week to practice with her. BOLD is so excited to share her practice with you all on April 27th; we very much hope to see you there! We will try to coordinate a few spare mats, but please try to bring your own mat if possible.
