Alongside search funds, Novidam invests in companies for the long term, with a focus on building great businesses and developing the next generation of CEOs. Alexandra Kaars Sijpesteijn, Vice President, leads fundraising and investor relations and works with searchers and operators throughout their journey. Before Novidam, she ran her own corporate finance and private equity advisory firm, after starting her career in investment banking at Houlihan Lokey and AXECO.
