BSI Consulting Projects

Information for interested students & Nonprofit partners

About BSI Consulting

BSI Consulting projects run each quarter and pair teams of current Booth students with local or national nonprofits to define, develop, and complete a project related to the non-profit's needs.  Each team of four to five students is supervised by a coach (a Booth alumnus or alumnae working in a related field), and each project runs for a full ten-week quarter.  Students are matched to nonprofits based on interest and background, and non-profits are selected based on the immediacy of their needs, availability to partner with student teams, and scope of project.  Examples of past projects include marketing strategies, market analyses, and streamlining service operations.

BSI has served over 200 nonprofits, provided over 60,000 volunteer hours, and engaged over 1000 student consultants in a period of more than 15 years.  Interested in learning more? Applications are now open for Spring 2026: https://forms.gle/Tbi1gBwAZw54Zh8E8
