Keynote speakers will be executives from Wrigley and Workiva.

Panel 1: Pushing Boundaries Through Innovation
This panel will discuss how companies think about disruptive innovation. Panelists will discuss how do you uncover needs consumers don’t even know they have? How do you inspire new consumer behaviors and attitudes through innovation? How do you ensure innovation successes stick beyond year one? 

Panel 2: Staying Connected to a Changing Consumer
This panel will explore how companies and brands have faced challenges related to shifting consumer trends and communication patterns as well as the proliferation of media and new channels. Panelists will discuss how their companies have altered or adjusted their strategies, both proactively and reactively, in order to maintain relevance while staying authentic in the minds of consumers.
